My wife always has a laugh about how, wherever I go in NZ (or overseas for that matter), I will always look at real estate.   

Skiing (Ruapehu generally), Beach Holiday (it was the Far North last year…) - you get the idea.  But sometimes it's been a slightly less emotional interest and more a pragmatic business/investment and wealth creation plan that has been formulated over that Christmas and New Year break!

So, if you are anything like me and you have come back with either vision of a beach house or a definite commitment to your first rental investment, adding another rental investment, or getting into Commercial, let's talk.
